הַבִּיטּוּי "מַ יִם שְׁקֵטִים חוֹדְרִים עָמוֹק" מְתָאֵר מַצָּב שֶׁבּוֹ אֲנָשִׁים רְגוּעִים וּשְׁקֵטִים עֲשׂוּיִים לִהְיוֹת בַּעֲלֵי עוׄצְמָה פְּנִימִית וְהַשְׁפָּעָה גְּדוֹלָה, גַּם אִם הֵם לֹא נִרְאִים בּוֹלְטִים אוֹ רוֹעֲשִׁים.
