To clean
We need to clean the house. It is necessary to clean the car from time to time, as well as the garden.
אֲנַחְנוּ צְרִיכִים לְנַקּוֹת אֶת הַבַּיִת.
חַיָּבִים לְנַק ּוֹת מִדֵּי פַּעַם אֶת הָאוֹטוֹ וְגַם אֶת הַגִּינָּה.
Before Passover, we tend to do a "Passover cleaning." Passover cleaning is a serious process in which we clean places that we usually do not reach throughout the year.
וְלִקְרַאת חַג הַפֶּסַח אֲנַחְנוּ נוֹהֲגִים לְנַקּוֹת "נִקָּיוֹן פֶּסַח". נִקָּיוֹן פֶּסַח הוּא נִקָּיוֹן רְצִינִי שֶׁבְּמַהֲלָכוֹ אֲנַחְנוּ נוֹהֲגִים לְנַקּוֹת בִּמְקוֹמוֹת שֶׁבְּמַהֲלַךְ הַשָּׁנָה אֲנַחְנוּ לֹא נוֹהֲגִים לְהַגִּיעַ אֲלֵיהֶם.
For example: moving furniture that we normally do not move and cleaning behind them, opening drawers that we use all year long, taking everything out of them, and cleaning them.
לְמָשָׁל: לְהָזִיז רָהִיטִים שֶׁאֲנַחְנוּ בְּדֶרֶךְ כְּלָל לֹא מְזִיזִים וּלְנַקּוֹת מֵאֲחוֹרֵיהֶם, לִפְתּוֹחַ מְגֵירוֹת שֶׁאֲנַחְנוּ מִשְׁתַּמְּשִׁים בָּהֶן בְּמֶשֶׁךְ הַשָּׁנָה, לְהוֹצִיא אֶת כָּל מָה שֶׁיֵּשׁ בְּתוֹכָן וּלְנַקּוֹת.

יֵשׁ לָנוּ בְּעִבְרִית אֶת הַבִּיטּוּי "לְנַקּוֹת שׁוּלְחָן". הַבִּיטּוּי הַזֶּה מוֹ פִיעַ בְּאַרְגַּז הַבִּיטּוּיִים בְּנוֹשֵׂא נִקָּיוֹן וְאִם אַתֶּם רוֹצִים לִלְמוֹד עָלָיו, נָא לַחֲצוּ כָּאן.

הִנֵּה כַּמָּה מִשְׁפָּטִים עִם שֵׁם הַפֹּעַל 'לְנַקּוֹת':
1. Usually, on Friday mornings, we cook a lot of food in preparation for Shabbat. After such a morning, we must take the time to clean all the dishes we used.

2. בְּסוֹף הַיּוֹם, לִפְנֵי שֶׁאֲנִי נִכְנֶסֶת לַמִּיטָּה אֲנִי נוֹהֶגֶת לְהָסִיר אֶת הָאִיפּוּר וּלְנַקּוֹת אֶת הַפָּנִים שֶׁלִּי עִם גֶּ'ל לְנִיקּוּי הַפָּנִים.
3. After a difficult period at work or in life, it is worth taking a break to clear the mind, find moments of peace and relaxation, and return refreshed and full of energy.
3. אַחֲרֵי תְּקוּפָה קָשָׁה בָּעֲבוֹדָה אוֹ בַּחַיִּים, כְּדַאי לָקַחַת פֶּסֶק זְמַן כְּדֵי 'לְנַקּוֹת אֶת הָרֹאשׁ', לִמְצוֹא רְגָעִים שֶׁל שֶׁקֶט וְרוֹגַע, וְלַחֲזוֹר מְחוּדָּשִׁים וּמְלֵאֵי כּוֹחוֹת.
4. In order to move forward in life and feel freer, sometimes we need to cleanse ourselves of negative thoughts that weigh us down and make room for new ideas and bigger dreams.
4. כְּדֵי לְהִתְקַדֵּם בַּחַיִּים וּלְהַרְגִּישׁ חוׄפְשִׁיִּים יוֹתֵר, לִפְעָמִים צָרִיךְ לְנַקּוֹת אֶת הַמַּחֲשָׁבוֹת הַשְּׁלִילִיּוֹת שֶׁמַּכְבִּידוֹת עָלֵינוּ וְלָתֵת מָקוֹם לְרַעֲיוֹנוֹת חֲדָשִׁים וְלַחֲלוֹמוֹת גְּדוֹלִים יוֹתֵר.
