הַתַּלְמוּד אוֹמֵר כִּי מִצְוָּה לִשְׁתּוֹת בְּחַג הַפּוּרִים עַד שֶׁהַשּׁוֹתֶה לֹא יֵדַע לְהַבְדִּיל בֵּין אָרוּר הָמָן לְבֵין בָּרוּךְ מָרְדְּכַי.

עַדְלֹאיָדַע is the term that signifies the Purim parade.

The name עַדְלֹאיָדַעwas established in 1932 in Tel Aviv as the official name for the Purim carnival.

עַדְלֹאיָדַע הִיא הַמּוּנָּח הַמְּצַיֵּן אֶת תַּהֲלוּכַת פּוּרִים. הַשֵּׁם עַדְלֹאיָדַע נִקְבַּע בִּשְׁנַת 1932 בָּעִיר תֵּל אָבִיב כַּשֵּׁם הָרִשְׁמִי לְקַרְנָבָל פּוּרִים.

Every year on Purim, in every city, there is usually עַדְלֹאיָדַע parade, which is a parade of the city residents dressed in colorful costumes, dancing to the sound of loud music and celebrating.

בְּכָל שָׁנָה בְּחַג הַפּוּרִים יֵשׁ בְּכָל עִיר בְּדֶרֶךְ כְּלָל מַסַּע עַדְלֹאיָדַע שֶׁהוּא תַּהֲלוּכָה שֶׁל אַנְשֵׁי הָעִיר כְּשֶׁהֵם מְחוּפָּשִׂים בְּתַחְפּוֹשׂוֹת צִבְעוֹנִיּוֹת, רוֹקְדִים לִצְלִילֵי מוּזִיקָה חֲזָקָה וְחוֹגְגִים.

So, you can participate in the עַדְלֹאיָדַעand march joyfully in a beautiful costume but be aware that doctors warn against excessive alcohol consumption and encourage not to get drunk on Purim in a way that could endanger lives.

אָז אֶפְשָׁר לְהִשְׁתַּתֵּף בַּעַדְלֹאיָדַע וְלִצְעֹד בְּשִׂמְחָה בְּתַחְפּוֹשֶׂת יָפָה, אֲבָל שִׂימוּ לֵב כִּי הָרוֹפְאִים מַזְהִירִים מִצְּרִיכַת אַלְכּוֹהוֹל מוּגְזֶמֶת וּמְעוֹדְדִים שֶׁלֹּא לְהִשְׂתַּכֵּר בְּפוּרִים בְּצוּרָה שֶׁעֲלוּלָה לְסַכֵּן חַיִּים.

הִנֵּה כַּמָּה מִשְׁפָּטִים עִם הַמּוּנָּח עַדְלֹאיָדַע:

1. The central event of Purim, as every year, is the festive and colorful עַדְלֹאיָדַע, which will take place in the city center. In addition to the עַדְלֹאיָדַע, there will be many other Purim events in the community centers located in the different neighborhoods of the city.

1. הָאֵירוּעַ הַמֶּרְכָּזִי שֶׁל פּוּרִים, כְּמוֹ בְּכָל שָׁנָה, הוּא הָעַדְלֹאיָדַע הַחֲגִיגִית וְהַסַּסְגּוֹנִית שֶׁתֵּעָרֵךְ בְּמֶרְכַּז הָעִיר. מִלְּבַד הָעַדְלֹאיָדַע יֵעָרְכוּ עוֹד אֵירוּעֵי פּוּרִים רַבִּים במתנ"סים שֶׁנִּמְצָאִים בַּשְּׁכוּנוֹת הַשּׁוֹנוֹת בָּעִיר.

2. This year, we are expected to see עַדְלֹאיָדַע with giant puppets and beloved characters, activities for children and adults, and performances by favorite artists alongside local artists.

2. הַשָּׁנָה אֲנַחְנוּ צְפוּיִים לִרְאוֹת עַדְלֹאיָדַע עִם בּוּבּוֹת עֲנָק וּדְמוּיוֹת אֲהוּבוֹת, פְּעִילוּיוֹת לִילָדִים וְלִמְבוּגָּרִים וְגַם הוֹפָעוֹת שֶׁל אָמָּנִים אֲהוּבִים לְצַד אָמָּנִים מְקוֹמִיִּים.

3. The עַדְלֹאיָדַע will take place on Friday, starting in the morning hours and until noon.

3. הָעַדְלֹאיָדַע תֵּעָרֵךְ בְּיוֹם שִׁישִּׁי הָחֵל מִשְּׁעוֹת הַבּוֹקֶר וְעַד לִשְׁעוֹת הַצָּהֳרַיִם.

4. Already from the night hours, the streets where the עַדְלֹאיָדַע will march will be closed, and the surrounding streets will be closed to vehicle traffic, and there will be a parking prohibition on some of the streets.

4. כְּבָר מִשְּׁעוֹת הַלַּיְלָה יֵחָסְמוּ הַכְּבִישִׁים שֶׁבָּהֶם תִּצְעַד הָעַדְלֹאיָדַע, גַּם הָרְחוֹבוֹת הַסּוֹבְבִים יִסָּגְרוּ לִתְנוּעַת כְּלֵי רֶכֶב וְיִהְיֶה אִיסּוּר שֶׁל חֲנָיָה בְּחֵלֶק מֵהַכְּבִישִׁים.
