To roll
If I want to make challah, I need to divide the dough into three parts, and each part needs to be rolled into a strip so that I can create a braid from the three strips.
אִם אֲנִי רוֹצָה לְהָכִין חַלָּה, אֲנִי צְרִיכָה לְחַלֵּק אֶת הַבָּצֵק לִשְׁלוֹשָׁה חֲלָקִים וְכָל חֵ לֶק לְגַלְגֵּל לִרְצוּעָה כְּדֵי שֶׁאוּכַל לְהָכִין צַמָּה מִשְּׁלוֹשׁ הָרְצוּעוֹת.
Similarly, if I want to prepare meatballs in tomato sauce, I need to take small portions of meat by hand and roll them into balls before tossing them into the sauce.
גַּם אִם אֲנִי רוֹצָה לְהָכִין כַּדּוּרֵי בָּשָׂר בְּרוֹטֶב עַגְבָנִיּוֹת אֲנִי צְרִיכָה לָקַחַת כַּמּוּיוֹת קְטַנּוֹת שֶׁל בָּשָׂר בַּיָּד וּלְגַלְגֵּל אוֹתָן לְכַדּוּרִים לִפְנֵי שֶׁאֲנִי זוֹרֶקֶת אוֹתָם לְתוֹךְ הָרוֹטֶב.
If someone did something wrong but does not want to admit it, they might roll the blame onto someone else. It's not nice, but unfortunately, it happens a lot.
אִם מִישֶׁהוּ עָשָׂה מַשֶּׁהוּ רַע, אֲבָל הוּא לֹא רוֹצֶה לְהוֹדוֹת בְּזֶה הוּא יָכוֹל לְגַלְגֵּל אֶת הָאַשְׁמָה עַל מִישֶׁהוּ אַחֵר. זֶה לֹא יָפֶה, אֲבָל, לְצַעֲרֵנוּ, זֶה קוֹרֶה הַרְבֵּה.
We also have the Hebrew expression "to roll one's eyes." We use this expression when we're talking to someone, and they lie to us (and we know it) or when they say something ridiculous, and we sense it. In such cases, we tend to "roll our eyes."
וְיֵשׁ לָנוּ אֶת הַבִּיטּוּי בְּעִבְרִית "לְגַלְגֵּל עֵינַיִם". אֲנַחְנוּ מִשְׁתַּמְּשִׁים בַּבִּיטּוּי הַזֶּה כַּאֲשֶׁר אֲנַחְנוּ מְדַבְּרִים עִם מִישֶׁהוּ וְהוּא מְשַׁקֵּר לָנוּ וַאֲנַחְנוּ יוֹדְעִים אֶת זֶה, אוֹ שֶׁהוּא מְדַבֵּר שְׁטוּיוֹת וַאֲנַחְנוּ מַרְגִּישִׁים אֶת זֶה, אָז אֲנַחְנוּ נוֹהֲגִים "לְגַלְגֵּל עֵינַיִם".

3. בְּסוֹף שִׁיעוּר הַיּוֹגָה, הַמּוֹרָה בִּקְּשָׁה מִכָּל מִשְׁתַּתֵּף לְגַלְגֵּל אֶת הַמִּזְרָן שֶׁבּוֹ הוּא הִשְׁתַּמֵּשׁ וּלְסַדֵּר אוֹתוֹ בְּפִי נַּת הַחֶדֶר.
